Requirements for marine steel grating:
1. The external dimension deviation of steel grating shall meet the requirements of YB 4001-9l.
2. When the steel grating is welded manually, use double-sided 3mm welding feet and fillet welding at the end. There should be no missing welding, false welding and meat biting.
3. After the steel grating is welded, it should be straightened.
4. After the steel grating is made, the surface should be shiny, free of sharp edges and spatter from the burr machine.
5. Steel grating manufacturing and surface treatment requirements should meet the requirements of YB 4001-9l
6. The allowable deviation of steel grating is ±3mm in length and width, and the diagonal is 3mm. The flatness shall not be greater than 3mm.
7. When BC-type steel grating is assembled by hand, the adhesive should be evenly applied, no glue should come out backwards, and the appearance should be neat and tidy.
8. After the steel grating is made, there should be no defects such as burrs, interlayers and cracks.
9. The color of the steel grating should be uniform.
10. The safe load-bearing load of the steel grating is 300 kg, and the disturbance degree is less than 2mm.
