3. The hole spacing test: within ±5% of the national allowable deviation is a qualified product that meets the national standard.
4. Detection of the amount of zinc on the hot-dip galvanized steel grating: the state allows the amount of zinc to be ≥70 to be a qualified product that meets the national standard.
5. Welding quality inspection: it should meet the requirements of firm welding joints, uniform welding seams, and no false welding. There is no open welding phenomenon in the three-point bending test, which is a qualified product.
6. Safety bearing capacity test: It should be in accordance with the maximum bearing capacity to test the sample without deformation or bending, which is a qualified product.
7. Performance inspection: The manufacturer should regularly sample product load performance tests and provide test reports according to user requirements. Packaging, marking and quality certificate.
8. Packing of steel grating: steel grating is usually packaged with steel belts, and the weight of each bundle is determined by the supplier and the demander or by the manufacturer. Upon agreement between the supplier and the demander, the supplier can pack according to the demand of the demander.
9. Marking: The packaging mark of the steel grating shall be marked with the trademark or manufacturer’s code, steel grating model and standard number, each steel grating shall be marked with a serial number, and the product quality certificate shall indicate the product’s standard number, Use steel grades, model specifications, surface treatment conditions, appearance and performance inspection results, weight of each batch, etc. The quality certificate shall be delivered to the user along with the product packing list as the basis for acceptance. If the user has requirements, we can provide the raw material quality assurance certificate.
