The production process of serrated galvanized grating is generally as follows:
1. Raw material preparation
Select high-quality low-carbon steel or stainless steel as raw materials to ensure that it has good strength and toughness. According to product specifications, the steel is cut into flat steel and twisted steel of appropriate length and width.
2. Welding molding
Use professional welding equipment to arrange the flat steel in parallel according to the designed spacing, and then weld the twisted steel or round steel vertically on the flat steel to form the basic frame of the grating. During the welding process, the welding parameters must be strictly controlled to ensure the welding quality, ensure that the weld is firm and uniform, and there are no defects such as false welding and leaking welding.
3. Sawtooth processing
Sawtooth processing is performed on the surface of the welded grating plate. Through special mechanical processing equipment, a uniform sawtooth shape is cut on the surface of the flat steel. Parameters such as the size, angle and spacing of the sawtooth need to be precisely controlled according to product standards and actual use requirements to ensure the anti-slip performance and load-bearing capacity of the sawtooth.
4. Galvanizing treatment
The processed serrated steel grating is galvanized to improve its corrosion resistance. Common galvanizing methods include hot-dip galvanizing and cold-dip galvanizing. Hot-dip galvanizing is to immerse the grating in molten zinc liquid to form a uniform and dense zinc layer on its surface; cold-dip galvanizing is to electroplating a layer of zinc on the surface of the grating.
5. Surface treatment and quality inspection
The galvanized grating needs to be cleaned to remove zinc slag, burrs and other impurities on the surface to make the surface smooth and flat. Then the product is fully inspected for quality, including dimensional accuracy, welding quality, galvanized layer thickness, serrated shape and anti-slip performance.
6. Packaging and transportation
The qualified galvanized serrated steel grating is packaged according to customer requirements, generally with strapping or pallet packaging to facilitate transportation and loading and unloading.
