Rainwater grate steel bar grating depends on different treatment methods of the application environment

1. The grate surface of the flat grate rainwater inlet should be 3 to 5 cm lower than the nearby road surface, and the surrounding road surface should be inclined to the rainwater inlet. The bottom surface of the vertical rainwater inlet should be slightly lower than the nearby road surface, and the depth of the rainwater inlet well should be less than or equal to 1m. In frozen areas, antifreeze measures should be taken for rainwater wells and their foundations. In areas with a large amount of sediment, sediment tanks can be set up as needed.
2. The drainage capacity of the rainwater vent is about 20l/s for the flat grate rainwater vent and 30l/s for the combined rainwater vent. The drainage capacity of rainwater vents that are easily blocked by debris during heavy rain should be multiplied by a factor of 0.5 to 0.7. 3. Rainwater outlets should be set at the connection points of water, upstream of pedestrian crosswalks, upstream of entrances and exits of units along the street, and exits of communities or courtyards near surface runoff. 4. The distance between the rainwater outlets should be 25~50m, and its position should be coordinated with the position of the inspection well. The angle between the connecting pipe and the main pipe should be close to 90°. When the connecting pipe is inclined, the connecting pipe should be arranged forward together with the water flow of the main pipe.
5. Level intersections should be designed in accordance with vertical rainwater outlets, and measures should be taken to prevent rainwater from entering the intersection in this section.
6. The relatively small diameter of the rainwater inlet connecting pipe is 200mm, the slope of the connecting pipe should be greater than or equal to 10%, the length should be less than or equal to 25m, and the thickness of the covering soil should be greater than or equal to 0.7m. If necessary, the rainwater inlets can be connected in series, the number of rainwater inlets in series should not exceed 3, and the diameter of the outlet connecting pipe should be increased.

However, the pipe seat of the rainwater inlet connection pipe is the same as the pipe seat of the rainwater pipe seat, and the service life of the tread plate cannot be simply explained. Depending on the application environment, different processing methods, and welding quality can be used in different years. There are many factors that affect the application life cycle. One is mechanical damage, and the other is external corrosion. Mechanical damage refers to the deformation of the step plate caused by the impact of external heavy objects, or the pressure deformation caused by the steel grating being subjected to excessive pressure for a long time. This is caused by mechanical damage. External corrosion refers to humidity, temperature, oxygen and other acids and bases.
