Affected by the roughness and thickness of the plate, the roughness and defects of the weld surface will cause the critical buckling deformation of the steel grid to a certain extent. For uneven plates, the addition of residual stress is relatively slow at the initial stage, but when the welding residual stress exceeds a certain value, the addition of plate deflection is relatively fast. The factors affecting the welding deformation of the steel grating are not isolated, and the irregular welding deformation is the result of the combined action of various factors. Therefore, it is necessary to find reasonable measures in the process of production and design to reduce welding deformation. According to the application conditions of the steel grating (bearing value and device span), select the steel grating type from the "Safe Load Load and Span and Deflection Contact Table". Planning requirements for the walkway: When the steel grating path bears the planned load, its deformation deflection cannot be greater than 1/00 of the span, and the walkway cannot exceed 10mm. In addition to meeting the above requirements, all paths should meet the following rules, when the planned load value X1 .5, the steel grating will not produce permanent deformation, and when the planned load value X3.0, the steel grating will not crack. , under the planned load conditions, the deformation deflection at the midpoint of any step cannot be greater than 1/200 of its span, and cannot exceed 6 mm.
